When a place has only been open a few months and you’ve heard multiple people say how great it is – that’s when you rush over to check it out. I was so excited when we walked in to be greeted by such amazing smells and smiling faces. The inside is modern and clean with just enough space between booths to feel like you’re the only guests there.
Ushered toward a booth near the back of the room, I was taken care of promptly and within minutes my passion fruit green tea was in hand. I decided on chicken dumplings, to start, with dumpling vinegar at the suggestion of my server. I was also brought a complimentary plate of seasoned and grilled string beans that had a citrus zing to them that I loved so much. My dumplings were steaming hot and full of lively flavor. By the time I got to my main dish I was nearly full, but everything was so good I powered through. I ordered the Beef Hot Pot, which is a perfect medley of vegetables, spices, and succulent seared beef strips.
The spread I had in front of me was incomparable and everything, I mean everything, was perfectly delectable. Before my meal was finished, I had been checked in on quite a few times to make sure everything was perfect. It was so refreshing to feel like the staff genuinely cared about their patrons’ experience at every stage. I found that this little gem not only has great food, but even better service and that, my friends, is the sign of true quality dining.
I would highly recommend taking time out to try Tiger Noodle House. It is located on Mason Road In Katy, TX, not even a quarter mile or so off of I-10. It was a pleasurable outing from the very beginning to the very end. If you want to learn more about them check out their Facebook!
